Zen Moissanite jewelry is covered by:

Moissanite Gemstone Warranty

• Applicable to all Zen Moissanite moissanite gemstones.

• Covers all changes to optical properties (clarity, colour, and brilliance) of the moissanite gemstone.

• Any alterations or treatments to the Zen Moissanite gemstone will void Warranty.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

• Applicable to all Zen Moissanite gold and/or platinum jewelry settings (rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets).

• Covers any errors, defects or discrepancies between the ordered/approved product and the received product.

• Covers structural (setting) damage resulting from manufacturing defects.

• This warranty does not cover bending/warping or prong movement.

• Any alterations or treatments to the Zen Moissanite gold/platinum jewelry will void the Warranty.

Small Stone Replacement

• Covers the replacement or small pavé stones (under 2mm) within the first 6 months of receiving the ring in the event they fall out of your setting.

The warranties are automatically applied to each Zen Moissanite purchase and are only available to the original purchaser.

Please consider protecting your ring against loss, theft, disappearance and incidental damages with comprehensive Jewelry Insurance.

To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend taking precise measurements before placing your order. This step is crucial as resizing rings significantly, up or down, can pose challenges.

Our ring sizes are available in full, half, and quarter size increments, so if you fall in between sizes, we can accommodate! If you’re hesitating between two sizes, we typically recommend opting for the bigger option.

In case your ring ever requires resizing in the future, you can either resize it through us or through a local jeweler. Please note that we guarantee our work while any work performed elsewhere will void your manufacturer warranty.

Canadian Clients

Sales taxes are not included in the product listings. Taxes are calculated and charged on Canadian based orders at check out. Sales taxes will vary based on your province.

International Clients (outside of Canada)

Import duties, sales taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs.

Unlike local Canadian orders, we do not charge sales taxes to international clients at checkout. International orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to duties and customs tax upon crossing their country’s borders. These charges are the client’s responsibility.

Once the package reaches the border, our courier will contact you to collect these fees on behalf of your customs agency/border services. You will be required to coordinate and submit the payment directly with the provided courier service. 

We cannot estimate these fees as they vary based on the package's value and destination. To determine what these additional costs will be, we advise you to check with your state/country’s customs and border office to avoid any surprises.

Please be advised that failure to pay these fees in a timely manner may result in the package getting returned to the sender (Zen Moissanite). These delays are beyond our control and may significantly impact your delivery timeline. In the event that the package is returned to sender due to unpaid custom fees, the recipient (Client) will be responsible for covering the cost of a second shipping fee.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Zen Moissanite Jewelry (made to order or in stock items) regardless of condition (new or used).
