Here at Zen Moissanite, you have the choice of paying for your whole order upfront, or to start a payment plan. All of our payment plan options are layaway plans. They're done in house and have no interest or time limits.
They're set up through a PayPal invoice that allows partial payments (you decide how much and when to do them).
- Once we have received 50% of the full amount, we start the work (create the CAD, cut the stones, cast the ring).
- Once we have received 100% of the ring (and the ring is ready), we ship it out.
- As all other orders, they are non-cancellable.

Once the order is placed, our production process takes 8 weeks. From there, your order will ship out in the shipping speed you have selected (below).
