Zen Moissanite Payment Plan
Pay on your own time - No interest rates or time limits!
- Available to all clients worldwide.
- This in-house plan is offered through us via PayPal Invoice.
- There is no eligibility criteria.
- There are no interest rates or time limits (you simply pay as much as you want when you want towards the owed amount).
- Once we have received 50% of the full amount, we start the work (create the CAD, cut the stones, cast the ring).
- Once we have received 100% of the ring (and the ring is ready,) we ship it out.
- With this option, you must complete your payment before we ship the ring to you.

Affirm Payment Plan

- Available to Canadian clients only.
- This plan is available through a third-party, Affirm.

Determine Your Finger Size
We offer full, half, and quarter US/Canadian sizes.
Please refer to our international sizing chart to obtain information on converting your finger size.
Note that it is important to get your finger measured correctly prior to placing your order.
Here are some options that can help you measure your finger size:
• Recommended: Visit a local jeweler to have your finger measured.
• Order an inexpensive metal ring sizer online (on Amazon for example).
Cleaning & Caring for Your Jewelry
Implementing routine cleaning and care practices for your ZM jewelry is crucial to help it maintain longevity!
While our fine jewelry is designed for regular everyday wear, please consider these care tips to minimize the risk of damage and avoid maintenance and incidental repairs:
Remove Jewelry Before
• Physical Activity (Playing Sports or Working Out)
• Rigorous Manual Labour (Dishes, Cleaning, etc.)
• Sleeping
• Swimming or Showering
• Applying Products (Makeup, Lotion, etc.)
Care Tips
• Remove jewelry before strenuous activities.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, lotions, and oils while wearing your ring.
• Complete bi-annual professional inspections and maintenance repairs (as needed).
• Remove jewelry if the prongs or stones become loose & repair as soon as possible.
Cleaning
• Perform weekly routine cleanings to prevent buildup.
• Use gentle soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush to clean the ring. Soak for 10 minutes, gently scrub, then rinse off to dry.
• For any oil build up, we recommend cleaning your moissanite with a silver polish. Wright's Silver Cream is a great option.
• Have your ring professionally cleaned once a year.
• We offer complimentary professional cleanings on all Zen Moissanite jewelry.
Insurance
• We encourage all clients to protect their ZM jewelry against loss, theft, disappearance, and incidental damages with comprehensive jewelry insurance.

Standard Production Time Frame
As we create each piece to order (unless specified otherwise in the item description), please allow 8 weeks for production time. Please see the Worldwide Shipping tab for delivery timelines and details.
Please note that CAD revisions are not taken into account in this production timeframe. As such, please expect an extended production time frame if revisions are requested by the customer.

Worldwide Shipping
We ship internationally from Wendover, ON, Canada to anywhere in the world.
We offer three shipping options to Canadian & International clients:
• Complimentary Standard Worldwide Shipping (Approx. 5-10 business days)
• Express Worldwide Shipping (Approx. 3-5 business days)
• Priority Worldwide Shipping (Approx. 1-3 business days)
We also offer in-store pick-up for local clients in Wendover, ON, Canada.
We strongly advise clients to monitor their package closely once it ships to avoid delays.
Please note that these shipping timeframes may increase without notice due to:
• Peak season volumes (i.e during holidays)
• Unexpected delivery service delays
• Custom processing (for international orders)
• Client’s failure to/delay in paying custom fees (Please read the Sales Taxes & Duties tab below)
• Client’s failure to/delay in providing customs the required information (Some customs require proof of identification for high value imports)

IMPORTANT: We ask that clients provide a residential address as the delivery address since a signature is required upon delivery. We cannot ship packages to P.O boxes nor can we ship to military bases.

Warranty
Zen Moissanite jewelry is covered by:
Moissanite Gemstone Warranty
• Applicable to all Zen Moissanite moissanite gemstones.
• Covers all changes to optical properties (clarity, colour, and brilliance) of the moissanite gemstone.
• Any alterations or treatments to the Zen Moissanite gemstone will void Warranty.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
• Applicable to all Zen Moissanite gold and/or platinum jewelry settings (rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets).
• Covers any errors, defects or discrepancies between the ordered/approved product and the received product.
• Covers structural (setting) damage resulting from manufacturing defects.
• This warranty does not cover bending/warping or prong movement.
• Any alterations or treatments to the Zen Moissanite gold/platinum jewelry will void the Warranty.
Small Stone Replacement
• Covers the replacement or small pavé stones (under 2mm) within the first 6 months of receiving the ring in the event they fall out of your setting.
The warranties are automatically applied to each Zen Moissanite purchase and are only available to the original purchaser.
Please consider protecting your ring against loss, theft, disappearance and incidental damages with comprehensive Jewelry Insurance.

Resizing
To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend taking precise measurements before placing your order. This step is crucial as resizing rings significantly, up or down, can pose challenges.
Our ring sizes are available in full, half, and quarter size increments, so if you fall in between sizes, we can accommodate! If you’re hesitating between two sizes, we typically recommend opting for the bigger option.
In case your ring ever requires resizing in the future, you can either resize it through us or through a local jeweler. Please note that we guarantee our work while any work performed elsewhere will void your manufacturer warranty.

Sales Taxes & Duties
Canadian Clients
Sales taxes are not included in the product listings. Taxes are calculated and charged on Canadian based orders at check out. Sales taxes will vary based on your province.
International Clients (outside of Canada)
Import duties, sales taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs.
Unlike local Canadian orders, we do not charge sales taxes to international clients at checkout. International orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to duties and customs tax upon crossing their country’s borders. These charges are the client’s responsibility.
Once the package reaches the border, our courier will contact you to collect these fees on behalf of your customs agency/border services. You will be required to coordinate and submit the payment directly with the provided courier service.
We cannot estimate these fees as they vary based on the package's value and destination. To determine what these additional costs will be, we advise you to check with your state/country’s customs and border office to avoid any surprises.
Please be advised that failure to pay these fees in a timely manner may result in the package getting returned to the sender (Zen Moissanite). These delays are beyond our control and may significantly impact your delivery timeline. In the event that the package is returned to sender due to unpaid custom fees, the recipient (Client) will be responsible for covering the cost of a second shipping fee.

• Cancellation fees are commensurate with the order’s progress.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Zen Moissanite Jewelry (made to order or in stock items) regardless of condition (new or used).
