Please note that CAD revisions are not taken into account in this production timeframe. As such, please expect an extended production timeframe if revisions are requested by the customer.

We offer full, half, and quarter US/Canadian sizes.

Please refer to our international sizing chart to obtain information on converting your finger size.

Note that it is important to get your finger measured prior to placing your order. 

Here are some options that can help you measure your finger size: 

• Visit a local jeweler to have your finger measured. 

• Order an inexpensive metal ring sizer online (on Amazon for example).

Each piece of Zen Moissanite jewelry comes with branded packaging:

• Engagement rings & wedding bands come in a Zen Moissanite velvet ring box.

• Lifestyle jewelry comes in a Zen Moissanite box or envelope. 

Packaging

Our jewelry is packaged and shipped inside a discreet plain white box. 

Shipping Label

Please note that all packages require a shipping label with the following information:

Canadian orders

International orders (outside of Canada)

We ship internationally from Wendover, ON, Canada to anywhere in the world. 

We offer three shipping options to Canadian & International clients:

• Complimentary Standard Worldwide Shipping (5-10 business days)

• Express Worldwide Shipping (3-5 business days)

• Priority Worldwide Shipping (1-3 business days)

We also offer in-store pick-up for local clients in Wendover, ON, Canada. 

We strongly advise clients to monitor their package closely once it ships to avoid delays. 

Please note that these shipping timeframes may increase without notice due to:

• Peak season volumes (i.e during holidays)

• Unexpected delivery service delays

• Custom processing (for international orders)

• Client’s failure to/delay in paying custom fees (Please read the Sales Taxes & Duties tab below)

• Client’s failure to/delay in providing customs the required information (Some customs require proof of identification for high value imports)

IMPORTANT: We ask that clients provide a residential address as the delivery address as a signature is required upon delivery. We cannot ship packages to P.O boxes nor can we ship them to military bases.

Canadian Orders

Sales taxes are not included in the product listings. Taxes are calculated and charged on Canadian based orders at check out. Sales taxes will vary based on your province. 

International Orders (outside of Canada)

Import duties, sales taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs.

Unlike local Canadian orders, we do not charge sales taxes to international clients at checkout. International orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to duties and customs tax upon crossing their country’s borders. These charges are the client’s responsibility.

In other words, taxes as well as customs/duty fees for goods purchased internationally are charged once the ring has shipped and arrived at the border. At this point, our courier will contact you to collect these fees on behalf of your customs agency/border services. You will be required to coordinate and submit the payment directly with the provided courier service. 

We cannot estimate these fees as they vary based on the package's value and destination. To determine what these additional costs will be, we advise you to check with your state/country’s customs and border office to avoid any surprises. 

Please be advised that failure to pay these fees in a timely manner may result in the package getting returned to the sender (Zen Moissanite). These delays are beyond our control and may significantly impact your delivery timeline. In the event that the package is returned to sender due to unpaid custom fees, the recipient (Client) will be responsible for covering the cost of a second shipping fee.

Perform routine cleaning and care practices on all moissanite jewelry. 

Care

• Remove jewelry before physical activity, manual labour, sleeping, and showering.

• Avoid harsh chemicals, lotions, and oils while wearing your ring.

• Complete bi-annual professional inspections and maintenance repairs (as needed).

• Remove jewelry if the prongs or stones become loose.

Cleaning

• Perform weekly routine cleanings.

• Use a mild soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush to clean the ring. Soak for 10 minutes, gently scrub, then rinse off to dry.

• For any oil build up, we recommend cleaning your moissanite with a silver polish. Wright's Silver Cream is a great option.

• Have your ring professionally cleaned once a year.

• We offer complimentary professional cleanings on all Zen Moissanite jewelry.

All Zen Moissanite jewelry is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to all Zen Moissanite moissanite gemstones (including loose moissanite gemstones and moissanite gemstones that are part of jewelry pieces).

The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all changes to optical properties (clarity, colour, and brilliance) of the moissanite gemstone.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is automatically applied to each Zen Moissanite purchase and is only available to the original purchaser.

Any alterations or treatments to the Zen Moissanite gemstone will void the the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty Terms & Conditions

The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is applicable to all Zen Moissanite gold and/or platinum jewelry settings (rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets).

The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty covers structural (setting) damage resulting from manufacturing defects.

The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is automatically applied to each Zen Moissanite jewelry purchase and is only available to the original purchaser.

The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover bending/warping or prong movement due to wear and tear damages in your Zen Moissanite gold/platinum jewelry.

Any alterations or treatments to the Zen Moissanite gold/platinum jewelry will void the the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty.
