1| Giveaway Period

- Expires on September 7th, 2025 [11:59 PM EDT]  

The winner will be announced on September 8th, 2025.

 2| Giveaway Eligibility 

The Zen Moissanite x Sophie Bukovec Giveaway is open to Canada and the U.S. applicants who enter for their chance to win during the giveaway period through our official Instagram or Tiktok account. 

3| Giveaway Incentive

The Zen Moissanite x Sophie Bukovec Giveaway incentive is:  

- Personalized birthstone “Toi et Moi” ring in 14k white, yellow, or rose gold. 

- Signed volleyball by olympic silver medalist Sophie Bukovec.   

4| Giveaway Application 

The giveaway winner will be contacted on Instagram or Tiktok from the @zenmoissanite official account. We will then email the winner to identify their ideal specifications (lab-grown birthstone, 14k gold colour (yellow, rose, white), and ring size). While further customizations (that exceed the giveaway prize value) are possible, the winner would be quoted and charged for the additional features. We will produce a CAD for their review and approval before proceeding with production. Production takes approximately 8 weeks, plus shipping timeframes. Once the ring is ready, we will ship it to the winner.

5| Giveaway Inclusions

6| Giveaway Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from the Zen Moissanite x Sophie Bukovec Giveaway:  

- Customizations beyond the prize description lab-grown birthstone “Toi et Moi” ring in 14k white, yellow, or rose gold. 

- Customizations beyond the prize value (CAD) 

- Jewelry Insurance 

7| Giveaway Limitations 

- Two prizes will be awarded to one winner (toi et moi ring & signed volleyball) 

- The maximum prize value is CAD 

- No additional coupons, discounts, or promotions can be applied in combination with the Zen Moissanite x Sophie Bukovec Giveaway 

- The Giveaway amount cannot be refunded or credited 

- The Giveaway amount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. 

8| Giveaway Abuse 

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Giveaway, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Giveaway and any future Giveaways, as well as legal action, if applicable.

9| Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any technical or computer failures, errors, or interruptions that may occur during the Giveaway.

Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our  Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
