Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the August Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1| Promotion Period

The August Promotion is valid for a limited time only: 

- Begins on August 1, 2024 [12:00AM EDT] 

- Expires on August 31, 2024 [11:59PM EDT]  

2| Promotion Eligibility 

The August Promotion is open to clients worldwide who purchase through our official website or via our in-house Payment Plans* (see section 8 for Payment Plan eligibility).

3| Promotion Incentive

The August Promotion incentives are: 

- The Discount amount for this promotion is $250 CAD 

- All Zen Moissanite products are eligible (Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Fine Jewelry, Gift Cards, etc.) 

4| Promotion Application 

Newsletter subscribers will receive a discount code via email and new subscribers will receive a pop up when on our website upon subscribing. Clients must add the provided discount code at checkout to apply this promotion towards their purchase.

5| Promotion Inclusions 

All Zen Moissanite products and collections are eligible for the August Promotion including: 

- Listed, Custom or In Stock Loose Gems (Moissanite or Lab-Diamonds) 

- Listed, Custom or In Stock Jewelry (Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Rings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants, etc.) 

- Gift Cards 

6| Promotion Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from the Promotion: 

- Purchases outside the Promotion Period (placed before August 1, 2024 or after August 31, 2024) 

- Purchases below the minimum purchase amount of 2500 CAD (before tax) 

7| Promotion Limitations 

- The minimum purchase amount to qualify for this promotion is 2500 CAD (before tax) 

- The maximum discount per order is 250 CAD (one discount code per order) 

- The maximum discount per client is 250 CAD (one discount code per client) 

- No additional coupons, discounts, or promotions can be applied in combination with the August promotion.

- The Discount amount (250 CAD) cannot be refunded or credited. 

- The Discount amount (250 CAD) is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. 

8| Payment Plan Eligibility

Payment plans are eligible for this promotion with the following restrictions: 

- Clients who wish to start a payment plan and take advantage of this promotion must submit payments totaling 50% of their purchase between August 1 and 31, 2024 to be eligible for this discount. In the event that 50% of the payment has not been submitted by August 31, 2024, the discount will be forfeited and will no longer apply towards the balance owing. 

9| Promotion Abuse 

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Promotion and any future promotions, as well as legal action, if applicable. 

10| Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any technical or computer failures, errors, or interruptions that may occur during the Promotion.

10| Privacy 

Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our  Privacy Policy. 

11| Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.

12| Promotion Disclaimer 

The promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the August Promotion at any time without notice. By participating in the August Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
