Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the June Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1| Promotion Period

The June Promotion is valid for a limited time only:  

- Begins on June 1st, 2024 [12:00 AM EDT]  

- Expires on June 30th, 2024 [11:59 PM EDT]  

2| Promotion Eligibility 

The June Promotion is open to all clients worldwide who purchase any Zen Moissanite lab-diamond jewelry during the promotion period through our official website or showroom.

3| Promotion Incentive

The June Promotion incentive is: 

- 15% off lab-diamond jewelry 

- All lab-diamond Zen Moissanite purchases are eligible (see Section 5 & 6 Promotion Inclusions & Exclusions)

4| Promotion Application 

The discount will be applied to your order automatically & directly at purchase. 

5| Promotion Inclusions 

All Zen Moissanite lab-diamond jewelry purchases are eligible for the June Promotion, including: 

- Loose Lab-Diamonds 

- In Stock or Made to Order Lab-Diamond Jewelry 

6| Promotion Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from the June Promotion:  

- Purchases made outside the Promotion Period (placed before June 1st, 2024 or after June 30th, 2024) - - Moissanite Jewelry

6.1 Promotion Exceptions

Orders that include mixed gems (moissanite and lab-diamond, etc.) are subject to these guidelines: 

- In these cases, the discount is applicable on the entire purchase: 

• Engagement Rings that feature a lab-diamond center stone. 

• Wedding Bands that feature primary lab-diamond gemstones. 

• Jewelry (necklace, bracelet, pendant, earrings, etc.) that feature primary lab-diamond gemstones. 

• Loose lab-diamond gemstones. 

- In these cases, the discount is applicable on part of the purchase: 

• Engagement Rings that feature a moissanite center stone (or any center stone other than lab-diamond). The lab-diamond upgrade (hidden halo, pavé bridge, accent stones, pavé band, pavé prongs, hidden gem, etc.) will be the only feature discounted. 

• Wedding bands that feature primary moissanite gemstones (or any primary stone other than lab-diamond). The lab-diamond upgrade (pavé bridge, accent stones, pavé band, hidden gem, etc.) will be the only feature discounted. 

• Jewelry (necklace, bracelet, pendant, earrings, etc.) that feature primary moissanite gemstones (or any primary stone other than lab-diamond). The lab-diamond upgrade will be the only feature discounted. 

7| Promotion Limitations 

- Discounts on Moissanite jewelry with lab-diamond upgrades are not applicable on the entire purchase. - The maximum discount per client is 15% off lab-diamond jewelry. 

- No additional coupons, discounts, or promotions can be applied in combination with the June Promotion. 

- The Gift amount cannot be refunded or credited. 

- The Gift amount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. 

8| Payment Plan Eligibility

Payment plans are eligible towards the June Promotion, with exceptions: 

-In-House PayPal Payment Plans exceptions: 

Clients must pay 50% of their total by the end of the June Promotion (June 30, 2024) to be eligible for this promotion. If the 50% threshold has not been reached by this milestone, the order will not be eligible for the June Promotion.

- Affirm Payment Plans: no exceptions or exclusions, orders paid via Affirm are eligible for our June Promotion.

9| Promotion Abuse 

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Promotion and any future promotions, as well as legal action, if applicable.

10| Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any technical or computer failures, errors, or interruptions that may occur during the Promotion. If you are experiencing difficulties checking out, please contact us.

10| Privacy 

Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

11| Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. 

12| Promotion Disclaimer 

The Promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the June Promotion at any time without notice. By participating in the June Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
