1| Promotion Period

The September Promotion is valid for a limited time only:

- Expires on October 15th, 2025 [11:59PM EST] 

2| Promotion Eligibility 

The September Promotion is open to clients worldwide who purchase through our official website or via our in-house Payment Plans* (see section 8 for Payment Plan eligibility). 

3| Promotion Incentive

The September Promotion incentives are:

- Free 0.5ct round lab-diamond necklace ($1,400 value) with any purchase over $3,500 CAD (approx. 2550 USD) 

-  All Zen Moissanite products are eligible (Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Fine Jewelry, etc.) 

4| Promotion Application 

Purchase any fine jewelry piece over $3,500 CAD (approx. 2550 USD) and 0.5ct round lab-diamond necklace ($1,400 value) will be included and shipped with your final order.   

5| Promotion Inclusions 

All Zen Moissanite products and collections are eligible for the September Promotion including: 

- Listed, Custom or In Stock Loose Gems (Moissanite or Lab-Diamonds) 

- Listed, Custom or In Stock Jewelry (Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Rings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants, etc.)  

6| Promotion Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from the Promotion: 

- Purchases outside the Promotion Period (placed before September 15th, 2025 or after October 15th, 2025) 

- Purchases below the minimum purchase amount of $3,500 CAD (before tax) 

- Gift card purchases 

7| Promotion Limitations 

- The minimum purchase amount to qualify for this promotion is $3,500 CAD (before tax) 

- The maximum gift per order is 0.5ct round lab-diamond necklace ($1,400 value)

- No additional coupons, discounts, or promotions can be applied in combination with the September promotion. 

- The gift or necklace value ($1,400 CAD) cannot be refunded or credited. 

- The gift amount ($1,400 CAD) is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. 

8| Payment Plan Eligibility

Payment plans are eligible for this promotion with the following restrictions: 

- Clients who wish to start a payment plan and take advantage of this promotion must submit payments totaling 50% of their purchase between September 15th, and October 15th, 2025 to be eligible for this discount. In the event that 50% of the payment has not been submitted by October 15th, 2025, the discount will be forfeited and will no longer apply towards the balance owing. 

9| Promotion Abuse 

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Promotion and any future promotions, as well as legal action, if applicable. 

10| Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any technical or computer failures, errors, or interruptions that may occur during the Promotion. 

11| Privacy 

Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our  Privacy Policy. 

12| Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. 

13| Promotion Disclaimer 

The promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the September Promotion at any time without notice.
