Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Bean Town Couple Offer. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1| Promotion Period

The Bean Town Couple Offer begins on April 1, 2024 and does not expire. 

 2| Promotion Eligibility 

The Bean Town Couple Offer is open to all Bean Town Receptions clients who purchase an item through our showroom or official website.  

3| Promotion Incentive

The Bean Town Couple Offer incentive is: 

A $100 CAD Coupon for any purchase over $500 CAD. 

- All Zen Moissanite products are eligible (see Section 5 & 6 Promotion Inclusions & Exclusions)

4| Promotion Application 

The exclusive Bean Town Couples Offer requires you to insert the discount code BEANTOWN100 at checkout. 

5| Promotion Inclusions 

All Zen Moissanite wedding band designs are eligible for the April Promotion including:  

- All Zen Moissanite products (totalling $500 CAD or more) are eligible for the Bean Town Couple Offer. 

6| Promotion Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from the Bean Town Couples Offer: 

- Purchases made outside the Promotion Period (placed before April 1st, 2024) 

- Purchases valued at $499 CAD or less

7| Promotion Limitations 

- The coupon code can be applied by Bean Town clients only; 

- The coupon code cannot be shared or regifted; 

- The coupon amount cannot be refunded or credited. 

- The coupon amount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

8| Payment Plan Eligibility

Payment plans are eligible towards the Bean Town Couple Offer, no exceptions. 

9| Promotion Abuse 

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Promotion and any future promotions, as well as legal action, if applicable.  

10| Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any technical or computer failures, errors, or interruptions that may occur during the Promotion. If you are experiencing difficulties checking out, please contact us.  

11| Privacy 

Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

12| Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.    

13| Promotion Disclaimer 

The Promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the April Promotion at any time without notice.
