RESIZING DISCLAIMER - READ BEFORE PURCHASE

Discounted in-stock designs are sold and shipped as is (with some exceptions for minimal resizing*). In other words, these designs are not customizable. To customize a design to your specifications, please order a bespoke item (excluded from our December Exclusive Offer).

*Exceptions include minimal ring resizing. This means that, while resizing a discounted in-stock ring is possible, we can only offer this to the extent possible without compromising the setting or recasting entirely. Typically, we can resize plain bands by 1.5 sizes up or down and pavé bands 0.5 sizes up or down. Please confirm feasibility with our team if you require resizing. It’s important to note that some designs cannot be resized (no exceptions) - this is explicitly stated on the listing.

1. Promotion Period

The December Exclusive Offer is valid for a limited time only:

- Expires on December 31st, 2023 [11:59 AM EDT]

2. Promotion Eligibility

The December Exclusive Offer is open to all clients worldwide who purchase in-stock items through our official website or showroom.

3. Promotion Incentive

- The December Exclusive Offer incentives are: The Discount amount for this promotion is 30% of in-stock fine jewelry and 20% off in-stock bridal jewelry.
-All Zen Moissanite in-stock jewelry products are eligible (Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Earrings, etc.)

4. Promotion Application

Discounts will be applied to your order (on in-stock designs) directly at purchase.

5. Promotion Inclusions

All Zen Moissanite in-stock designs are eligible for the December Exclusive Offer including:

- In-Stock Jewelry (Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Rings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants, etc.)

6. Promotion Exclusions

The following items are excluded from the December Exclusive Offer:

- Purchases made outside the Promotion Period (placed before December 1st, 2023 or after December 31st, 2023)
- Purchases made from any collection other than in-stock designs.

7. Promotion Limitations

- The maximum discount per order is 20-30% (one discount per order)
- The maximum discount per client is 20-30% (one discount per client)
- No additional coupons, discounts, or promotions can be applied in combination with the December Exclusive Offer.
- The Discount amount cannot be refunded or credited.
- The Discount amount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

8. Payment Plan Eligibility

Payment plans are eligible towards the December Exclusive Offer, with exceptions:

-In-House PayPal Payment Plans exceptions:

Clients must pay 50% of their total by the end of the December Exclusive Offer (December 31, 2023) to be eligible for this promotion. If the 50% threshold has not been reached by this milestone, the order will not be eligible for the December Exclusive Offer.

- Affirm Payment Plans: no exceptions or exclusions, orders paid via Affirm are eligible for our December Exclusive Offer.

9. Promotion Abuse

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Promotion and any future promotions, as well as legal action, if applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability
