Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Black Friday Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1| Promotion Period

 The Black Friday Promotion is valid for a limited time only: 

- Begins on November 13th, 2023 [12:00 AM EDT] 

- Expires on November 26th, 2023 [11:59 AM EDT] 

 2| Promotion Eligibility 

 The Black Friday Promotion is open to all clients worldwide who purchase through our official website.    

3| Promotion Incentive

The Black Friday Promotion incentives are: 

-Free jewelry case with any purchase under $1999 CAD. 

-$200 CAD gift card with any purchase between $2000-3499 CAD. 

-$400 CAD gift card with any purchase between $3500-4999 CAD. 

-$600 CAD gift card with any purchase of $5000 CAD or more. 

- All Zen Moissanite products are eligible (Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Earrings, etc.)   

4| Promotion Application 

Clients will receive their gift card after purchase, once the order is fulfilled. Any adjustments to the order and its value during the CAD review stage will be taken into account when issuing the promotional gift card. 

5| Promotion Inclusions 

All Zen Moissanite products and collections paid in full are eligible for the Black Friday Promotion including: 

- Listed, Custom or In Stock Loose Gems (Moissanite or Lab-Diamonds) 

- Listed, Custom or In Stock Jewelry (Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Rings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants, Gift Cards etc.)

- Orders placed via a Layaway/Payment Plan* See details and exclusions in Sections 6) Promotion Exclusions and 8) Payment Plan Eligibility

6| Promotion Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from the Promotion: 

- Purchases made outside the Promotion Period (placed before November 13th, 2023 or after November 26th, 2023) 

- Payment Plan Exclusions: 

• In-House PayPal Payment Plans: clients must pay 50% of their total by the end of the Black Friday Promotion (November 26, 2023) to be eligible for this promotion. If the 50% threshold has not been reached by this milestone, the order will not be eligible for the Black Friday Promotion. 
• Affirm Payment Plans: no exclusions, orders paid via Affirm are eligible for our Black Friday Promotion

7| Promotion Limitations 

- The maximum discount per order is 600 CAD (one discount per order) 

- The maximum discount per client is 600 CAD (one discount per client) 

- No additional coupons, discounts, or promotions can be applied in combination with the Black Friday promotion. 

- The Discount amount cannot be refunded or credited. 

- The Discount amount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

8| Payment Plan Eligibility* 

Payment plans are eligible towards the Black Friday Promotion:

9| Promotion Abuse 

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Promotion and any future promotions, as well as legal action, if applicable.

11| Privacy 

Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

12| Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
