Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Winter Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1| Promotion Period

The Winter Promotion is valid for a limited time only: 

- Begins on February 15th, 2025 [12:00AM EST] 

- Expires on March 15th, 2024 [11:59PM EST] 

2| Promotion Eligibility 

The Winter Promotion is open to clients worldwide who purchase through our official website, showroom, or via our in-house Payment Plans* (see section 8 for Payment Plan eligibility).

3| Promotion Incentive

The Winter Promotion incentives are: 

- The Discount amount for this promotion is 15% off all fine jewelry sitewide.  

- All Zen Moissanite jewelry products are eligible (Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Earrings, In-Stock, Gift Cards, etc.)  

4| Promotion Application 

All discounts will be applied to your order directly at purchase. 

5| Promotion Inclusions 

All Zen Moissanite products and collections are eligible for the Winter Promotion including: 

- Listed, Custom or In Stock Loose Gems (Moissanite or Lab-Diamonds) 

- Listed, Custom or In Stock Jewelry (Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Rings, 

- Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants, etc.) 

- Gift Cards 

6| Promotion Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from the Promotion: 

- Purchases made outside of the Promotion Period (placed before February 15th, 2025 or after March 15th, 2025)

7| Promotion Limitations 

- The maximum discount per order is 15% (one discount per order)   

- The maximum discount per client is 15% (one discount per client) 

- No additional coupons, discounts, or promotions can be applied in combination with the Winter Promotion. 

- The Discount amount cannot be refunded or credited.  

- The Discount amount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.   

8| Payment Plan Eligibility

Payment plans are eligible towards the Winter Promotion, with exceptions:  

In-House PayPal Payment Plans exceptions: 

- Clients must pay 50% of their total by the end of the Winter Promotion (March 15th, 2025) to be eligible for this promotion. In the event that 50% of the payment has not been submitted by November 15th, 2025, the discount will be forfeited and will no longer apply towards the balance owing.

 - Affirm Payment Plans: no exceptions or exclusions, orders paid via Affirm are eligible for our Winter Promotion. 

9| Promotion Abuse 

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Promotion and any future promotions, as well as legal action, if applicable.

10| Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any technical or computer failures, errors, or interruptions that may occur during the Promotion.

11| Privacy 

Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our  Privacy Policy. 

12| Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.

13| Promotion Disclaimer 

The promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Winter Promotion at any time without notice. By participating in the Winter Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
