Politique d'expédition

We ship internationally from Wendover, ON, Canada to anywhere in the world. 

We offer three shipping options to Canadian & International clients:

• Complimentary Standard Worldwide Shipping (5-10 business days)

• Express Worldwide Shipping (3-5 business days)

• Priority Worldwide Shipping (1-3 business days)

We also offer in-store pick-up for local clients in Wendover, ON, Canada. 

We strongly advise clients to monitor their package closely once it ships to avoid delays. 

Please note that these shipping timeframes may increase without notice due to:

• Peak season volumes (i.e during holidays)

• Unexpected delivery service delays

• Custom processing (for international orders)

• Client’s failure to/delay in paying custom fees (Please read the Sales Taxes & Duties tab below)

• Client’s failure to/delay in providing customs the required information (Some customs require proof of identification for high value imports)

IMPORTANT: We ask that clients provide a residential address as the delivery address as a signature is required upon delivery. We cannot ship packages to P.O boxes nor can we ship them to military bases.
