How do I join ZM Rewards?
Joining is free! Simply create an account or log in to start earning points on eligible purchases and exclusive member activities.
How do I earn points?
Earn points by placing orders, following us on social media, leaving reviews, referring friends, and participating in exclusive member perks.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you've earned enough points, redeem them for discount coupons in the Redemption section of your rewards account. Your coupon can then be applied at checkout.
When will my points appear?
Points from purchases are added after your order is fulfilled. Bonus activities, such as Love Stories, UGC submissions, and Client Photos, are reviewed manually and added to your account once approved.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Share your unique referral link with friends. When they complete a qualifying purchase, you'll receive bonus points, and they'll enjoy an exclusive discount on their first order.
What happens if I return my order?
If an order is cancelled or refunded, any points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your rewards account.
Do my points expire?
Your points remain active as long as your ZM Rewards account stays active. If an expiration policy is introduced, we'll notify you in advance.
