Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Valentine’s Day Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1| Promotion Period

The Valentine’s Day Promotion is valid for a limited time only: 

 - Begins on February 3rd, 2025 

 - Expires on February 14th, 2025  

2| Promotion Eligibility 

The Valentine’s Day Promotion is open to all clients worldwide who purchase any piece of in-stock jewelry during the promotion period through our official website or showroom.

3| Promotion Incentive

The Valentine’s Day Promotion incentive is:  

-The Discount amount for this promotion is 15% off in-stock jewelry. 

-All Zen Moissanite in-stock jewelry is eligible (see Section 5 & 6 Promotion Inclusions & Exclusions) 

4| Promotion Application 

Discounts will be applied to your order automatically & directly at purchase. 

5| Promotion Inclusions 

All Zen Moissanite in-stock designs are eligible for the Valentine’s Day Promotion.  

6| Promotion Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from the Valentine’s Day Promotion:  

 - Purchases made outside the Promotion Period (placed before February 3rd, 2025 or after February 14th, 2025) 

- Purchases made from any collection other than in-stock designs. 

- Upgrades that don’t qualify under the design features can be incorporated at full price. 

7| Promotion Limitations 

- The maximum discount per order is 15% (one discount per order) 

- The maximum discount per client is 15% (one discount per client)

- No additional coupons, discounts, or promotions can be applied in combination with the Valentine’s Day Promotion. 

- The Discount amount cannot be refunded or credited. 

- The Discount amount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.  

8| Payment Plan Eligibility

Payment plans are eligible towards the Valentine’s Day Promotion, with exceptions: 

In-House PayPal Payment Plans exceptions: 

- Clients must pay 50% of their total by the end of the Promotion (February 14th, 2025) to be eligible for this promotion. If the 50% threshold has not been reached by this milestone, the order will not be eligible for the Valentine’s Day Promotion. 

 - Affirm Payment Plans: no exceptions or exclusions, orders paid via Affirm are eligible for our Valentine’s Day Promotion.  

9| Promotion Abuse 

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Promotion and any future promotions, as well as legal action, if applicable.  

10| Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any technical or computer failures, errors, or interruptions that may occur during the Promotion. If you are experiencing difficulties checking out, please contact us.  

11| Privacy 

Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our  Privacy Policy. 

12| Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.

13| Promotion Disclaimer 

The Promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Valentine’s Day Promotion at any time without notice. By participating in the Valentine’s Day Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
