1| Promotion Period

The May Promotion is valid for a limited time only:  

- Begins on May 1st, 2024 [12:00 AM EDT] 

- Expires on May 31st, 2024 [11:59 PM EDT]  

2| Promotion Eligibility 

The May Promotion is open to all clients worldwide who purchase any Zen Moissanite jewelry during the promotion period through our official website or showroom. 

3| Promotion Incentive

Zen Moissanite purchases are eligible (see Section 5 & 6 Promotion Inclusions & Exclusions) 

4| Promotion Application 

Gifts will be applied to your order automatically & directly at purchase. If your order value changes throughout the production process, the gift will change accordingly.

5| Promotion Inclusions 

All Zen Moissanite purchases are eligible for the May Promotion, including: 

- Gems (Moissanite & Lab-Diamonds) 

- In Stock or Made to Order Jewelry 

- Accessories 

- Gift Cards 

6| Promotion Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from the May Promotion: 

- Purchases made outside the Promotion Period (placed before May 1st, 2024 or after May 31st, 2024) 

7| Promotion Limitations 

- While Gift Supplies last 

- The maximum gift per order is a Cleaning Pen & Foam Cleaning Kit & Case (3 gifts per order) 

- The maximum gift per client is a Cleaning Pen & Foam Cleaning Kit & Case (3 gifts per client) 

- No additional coupons, discounts, or promotions can be applied in combination with the May Promotion. 

- The Gift amount cannot be refunded or credited. 

- The Gift amount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. 

8| Payment Plan Eligibility

Payment plans are eligible towards the May Promotion, with exceptions:

-In-House PayPal Payment Plans exceptions: 

 Clients must pay 50% of their total by the end of the May Promotion (May 31, 2024) to be eligible for this promotion. If the 50% threshold has not been reached by this milestone, the order will not be eligible for the May Promotion. *While gift supplies last* 

- Affirm Payment Plans: no exceptions or exclusions, orders paid via Affirm are eligible for our May Promotion. 

9| Promotion Abuse 

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Promotion and any future promotions, as well as legal action, if applicable. 

10| Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any technical or computer failures, errors, or interruptions that may occur during the Promotion. If you are experiencing difficulties checking out, please contact us.

10| Privacy 

Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our  Privacy Policy. 

11| Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.   

12| Promotion Disclaimer 

The Promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the May Promotion at any time without notice. By participating in the May Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
